Campsite Sandaya L'Orée du Bois is a five-star family campsite located between Royan and the Île d'Oléron in the pine forest of La Coubre in the Charente-Maritime in western France. The campsite is only 4 km from the Atlantic Ocean and the beaches of La Palmyre, and the campsite itself has 2000 m2 of heated water park. Wonderful!

In these beautiful surroundings, this comfortable campsite offers a great entertainment programme for young and old. Both during the day and in the evening, the entertainment team has many surprises in store for you. There are several children's clubs, also for teenagers. And these clubs are great! In addition to sports tournaments, games, craft afternoons, shows and mini discos, there are also original and adventurous activities, such as an Escape Game. Then there's the Parc Indian Forest near the campsite; with 12 ropes courses and about 170 tree climbing activities it offers lots of fun, and there are also plenty of activities for the little ones. Unforgettable! In the evening it's time for dancing, concerts and performances.

The water park has round pools in the form of lagoons, plus slides, bridges, decks, wellness facilities and palm trees. This gives an exotic touch to your holiday experience. The pools are heated and the children can play in the paddling pool, the artificial river and on the slides, while you can relax in one of the balneo whirlpools. Wellness is taken seriously here, with saunas, hammams, a tea room and beauty salon.

Campsite Sandaya L'Orée du Bois has a simple campsite shop for your daily groceries. Don't want to cook? No problem, there's a take-away service for pizzas, chips and burgers. If you're looking for the ultimate in chic, the Coco Loco restaurant serves brasserie dishes as well as seafood.
